In managing your property, we inspect your investment between 1 and 3 times per year depending on the need and we have 5 specialist property maintenance companies that provide us with swift and best value quotations on any repairs that come up.
As property owners, we fully get the need that being efficient with cost (not cheap) is paramount for all Landlords and in this regard we feel we are well informed.
We have access and a good rapport with all of the trades so that if issues arise or indeed improvements are required with your investment we can take care of this.
No investment property can function without having a good tenant on board and in this regard Robert meets every single prospective tenant who puts forward an application to lease your property. References (written only accepted) are properly checked out but apart from that, Robert’s own judgement of a prospective tenant cannot be underestimated. Once we find you a very good tenant, we feel it is our job not only to have a successful relationship with you our Landlord, but also our staff always strive to have a good working rapport with all tenants which creates great respect for all concerned.
