After an initial discussion with our client, we quickly identify their property needs and set about sourcing the best property possible according to their budget. We view a number of different property options and report back to our client on our findings with advice, and once the ideal property is located, Robert immediately sets about negotiating the deal keeping the client updated. After going sale agreed, we can source a building surveyor and coordinate this survey along with the mortgage valuation survey (unless it is a cash purchase) following the process through to the legal elements and eventually closing out the sale.
